Tickets
Tickets for the Portail des Nations can be purchased exclusively online via this website.
The ticket office will open at the end of September 2025. The first visits to the Portail des Nations will begin in March 2026.
About your visit
Duration
The Portail des Nations experience lasts approximately two hours.
At the time of their booking, visitors are asked to arrive at the security pavilion (via the Porte des Nations, across from Place des Nations and just below the Flag Alley) with their ticket and passport.
Languages
The Portail des Nations experience is available in eight languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic. The preferred language can be selected on-site when receiving the audio guide.

Security information
All visitors must present a valid passport from a United Nations Member or Observer State. National identity cards from the Schengen Area are also accepted. Passports or ID cards will be checked at the security entrance.
For security reasons, large luggage, strollers, and bulky items are not permitted. You can find the full list of prohibited items within the grounds of the Palais des Nations at the following link.
